So, just saw the first episode of Top Chef (Season Four) and they started introducing the chefs. Third chef in is this guy from New Zealand which elicited an excited cheer until I heard his accent

For serious? We sound like that? I recognised it, it definitely *sounded* familiar but surrounded by all the American accents it just sounded a little . . . grating. Alot like the Australian accent, the real rough kind that takes a little getting used to and makes you want to tear off your ears until you acclimatise to it.

I hope he does okay, this kiwi guy, and not just out of a sense of patriotism but just so we get to hear him speak in his crasy crasy kiwi accent!

I dropped Quinn off at the vets today, to rid him of his humping tendencies. Just got a txt from the vets, they also pulled out 3(!) of his baby teeth and reinserted the microchip that came out from the last vets (The Vets on Manukau Rd in Epsom. People, avoid at all costs). I love that they’re able to txt me to let me know that everything went smooth, and I can pick him at three . . . but I’m an anxious puppy parent, my poor little guy!
